5 Miracle of Life (on Eline’s Birthday) (28 September 2026)

Haha, that was funny. I planned to do a Funky Monkey class to celebrate playfulness on my birthday, but it became quite a metaphysical class instead. We honour the mystery of birth, the spirit arriving into matter, and celebrating the life force, in connection to the three inner and outer 'treasures' of body/earth, heart/nature, mind/universe... Connect from the heart, explore being born from the cosmic egg, and enjoy a Welsh happy birthday song from John and Beth-Ann at the end! Thank you all for your well wishes and loving showers :-) - and happy birth-day to YOU TOO!

We do the following movements:

Wave breathing

Pulling down the sky (also to 6 directions)

Plucking a star & painting the big dipper

Heart healing flow (Davis, variation)

Peaceful warrior

Wrist cross flow - into the cosmic egg

Feeling the egg from inside (variation Kuo-Deemer Snake)

Emerging from the egg

Green dragon breathes clouds

Fire works
