4 Yin Yang at the Equinox with Caroline (21 September 2026)
Caroline writes: Today is the Autumn Equinox, when the Sun crosses the equator and day and night are almost equal in length - a natural moment of balance between light and dark. We’ll centre our practice around the balance of Yin and Yang; exploring these different polarities while learning to return to our centre and cultivate greater balance and harmony within. Our flows include grounding practices such as Pebble in the Pond and Bring Qi In, alongside flows exploring Yin Within Yang and Yang Within Yin to cultivate a deeper sense of internal harmony. A practice to ground, centre and find balance as we move into the new season. Looking forward to practising together :)
