Mobilising the spine to give expression to the elemental transformations in the supporting cycle in which water grows wood and wood grows fire. We activate the related organs of kidneys, liver and heart and their respective meridians, and invite our vision for the coming weeks through movement. We call on the archer to set this vision firmly in our sight, and complete with a lotus flow to welcome in the light and fire of summer.
