This is the last Magical Seed before I'm going to step in 'liminal' time, that fertile space in-between, also called holiday! I wanted to leave you with an invitation for the coming four weeks, as you nurture yourself with campfires and nature walks, playing in the ocean surf, climbing mountains, or any other way you are able to connect to nature!

It's about crafting a new story of your life. There are many tools to make a timeline of the significant experiences in your life, but most only address what has been.

The pivotal transformation, where meaning is brought into being, happens when we acknowledge what we lived, and harvest the wisdom gifts from our experiences TO BRING FORWARD to the future!

Here are a few elements that you can consider for your story, which you can write on separate cards. Use them for meditation, reflection, dancing, or writing. It’s great if eventually you can come up with a one-page story as a potent reminder of what you’ve learned and want to bring with you as you go forward.
