Here is another Celtic Goddess session to celebrate Midsummer (2 days ago). Rhiannon is a woman from the other world with a fiery, independent spirit. Horses are her companions, and she stands in her sovereignty with resilience and dignity. This class is an invitation to honour your own soul journeys through the underworld, with their darkness, pain, loss and suffering. These do not identify you but you can harvest their wisdom gifts. When the fire burns away illusion and surface identity, soul remains. From that essence, rebirth is possible. You find your phoenix wings and rise from the sacred ashes with endurance, transformation and crown yourself sovereign of your own inner truth with grace. We do the following movements:

Yin breathing

Fire or Bellows Breathing

Horse stance

Wild horses shaking

Phoenix spreads wings (my improvisation arms sweeping outward and up, palms up, diving into self with fingers first, grounding, compare underworld)

Enlightened tiger (past-present-future)

Spontaneous Qi (from light flickering fire in the heart, let it grow to express how your inner fire wants to take shape, giving to the fire what no longer serves)

Integrating the sacred embers

Pulling down the sky
