Goddess Qi Gong offers a gentle yet transformative space to meet yourself anew through simple Qi Gong movements, imagination and sharing with other women. Each week, we explore one of nine aspects of the divine feminine, a living landscape of strength, sensuality and stillness.
Rooted in the simplicity of ancient Taoist practice, energy techniques and the archetypal, soulful language of the goddess, this journey offers a way to feel connected to yourself again, rekindle your deep feminine strength and let sacred presence infuse your everyday life.
It’s a space for women in transition, when one chapter is ending and the next might still be a mystery. We return to the body as sacred ground, a place of guidance, strength and deep remembering.

COURSE DESIGN
At the start of the journey
You'll receive a workbook with reflection prompts for your own inquiries, and practices to try in your own time.
During our live circles
We begin with a 15-minute introduction, followed by a 30-minute Qi Gong sequence (also released as a separate recording afterward). In the remaining 45 minutes we explore the archetype in daily life, through small groups and offering one or two women the chance to receive direct guidance.
After each session
You can revisit the movement sequence as often as you like, deepen your reflections in the workbook and weave the energy of the archetype into your everyday rhythm.
