Today we circulate the energy through the yin and yang meridians, with special attention to the Spleen and Stomach in the current Earth season. Enjoy a deep conversation with your body, and soothe the energy with massage, movement and imagination.
We do the following movements:
Sitting
Turtle Neck
Massage: Feet, lower legs, back
Hamstring flow
Turning the Wheel
Spinal Twist, elbow in knee one foot flat on the ground
Rock the Baby
Foot Massage
Hamstring stretch (emphasising both bubbling spring points)
Laying, Face up
Leg drop / knee bounce
Hamstring stretch (point/flex toes)
Hamstring stretch (ankle circles)
Hamstring attachment stretch (foot in hand)
Connection Meditation
Feeling the connections between different parts of the body, linked from head to toe. Complete by aligning the three ‘energy’ regions of Bubbling Springs, Sea of Qi and Chrystal Palace.
