These sessions are based on Tao Yin, the oldest recorded form of Qi Gong. It's the forerunner of Pilates. We work seated or laying on the mat, focusing on strengthening and stretching the power house of abdomen, lower back, hips and psoas. We always complete with a nourishing meditation.
