Taoism, the foundation of Qi Gong, offers many paths to health and longevity, including Nurturing Life (*Yang Sheng*), which guides us to live in harmony with nature’s rhythms. This course provides tips for enhancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Each month, we explore the Yin or Yang aspect of the five elements—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal—deepening self-awareness by aligning with natural cycles. Whether you are in sync with the season or not, cultivating awareness is the first step to inner harmony, resilience and vitality.

You'll find 10 videos with clearly indicated topics (see below) and timestamps below each video so you can easily navigate to the sections that best meet your needs. Here is the general structure for each of the video workshops:
15 minutes — Opening & Introduction
45 minutes — Movement Practice
15 minutes — Meditation & Reflection
15 minutes — Originally offered live, some workshops include a Q&A and Community Connection segment, while others conclude with a quiet transition, allowing participants to flow into their day peacefully.
