Dance your way back to your natural self

Life tends to be very structured and organised, and can sometimes feel ruled by all the things we have to do every day. Movement improvisation is a wonderful tool for creating a little breather to re-connect with yourself and the rhythms of nature and your own body. This course offers a journey of playful discovery to resource yourself in a grounded and creative way.

You will have immediate access to 30 different explorations that address body, emotions, thoughts and spirituality. The invitations are suited for beginning explorers and seasoned movers alike.

This course is for you if you like to

  • Learn from nature as teacher in the dance of life
  • Meet your environment in a radically different way
  • Be more aware and awake to the life processes around you
  • Develop your body’s wisdom and intelligence
  • Explore personal growth and get to know yourself better through movement
  • Dance more often and create regular sacred time for yourself
  • Invite presence, exploration, appreciation, synchronicity and joy into your life

Your course includes

  • A creative resource with 30 themes to enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing through natural movement improvisation
  • Immediate access to all themes, and 30 short emails for 30 days to familiarise yourself with the materials or to immerse yourself in the course fully for an entire month
  • Tools for developing awareness of yourself and the deep wisdom of your body in dynamic relationship with the world around you, so you can navigate everyday life with positive  flow
  • An enthusiastic community group away from social media, to connect to others on a similar journey
  • A way to contribute to a growing library of outdoor dance explorations (totally optional)
  • Lifetime access to the materials

You can use it to

  • Connect to your wild wisdom and intuition
  • Explore movement as a way of knowing, or expand your existing improvisation skills
  • Integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your life
  • Develop your somatic, spiritual or shamanic practice
  • Inspire mindfulness, ecotherapy, forest therapy, nature therapy or forest bathing, as a teacher or practitioner

Flexibly adapt to your life

Here are some ideas to invite the inspiration of movement into your life:

  1. Simply reflect on a theme as you go through your normal daily activities

  2. Set aside a specific time for movement inquiry each day for a month

  3. Focus on one theme a week and spread the course inspiration over half a year.

  4. Take the course on holiday with you (it's fully mobile friendly) and create a retreat space for yourself in which you dive into the themes that feel juicy for you at that moment...

It's totally up to you how you 'dance' with the course materials. You might find a combination of those work for you! Just see it as a steady flow of positive inspiration in homeopathic or deep-immersion dose, whatever you suits your soul.

Elisa Goldwood

Writer & 5 Rhythms Dancer

Thank you Eline! So far, I was doing 2-3 inspirations each time in a little self exploration session here on my terrace in my vacation. I find it easy to dive into myself & nature lead by your suggestions & inspirations. I am an experienced 5rhythms dancer but I am surprised about how easily my body can give my answers and what it tells me. It’s very insightful. Thank you :)

De Groene Kathedraal

This course opened up a whole new area of possibilities to encounter nature and all her seen and unseen beings and energies for me. I will surely go on with dancing outside and inside for the insights in life and my own life.

With Eline's guidance, every invitation was an opportunity to discover new areas in my neighbourhood, walk around and dance. I made friendships with other beings, and my eyes opened to abundant life on this planet despite all the difficult circumstances. My understanding of my embodied state has changed and I no longer see my body as a prison for my soul. I didn't know before that dance can be a way to communicate, heal, and express what cannot be described in words. Thank you from the heart Eline.

Talent Your World

I was in Barcelona when I took this course, and went out to find parks and open places to practise. It helped me look at my relationship to place and find joy in everyday movements. Before I separated both from each other. That became a spiritual practice. Eline has got such a wide range of tools and movement practises that I always learn something new. The mix of her academic experience and knowledge with spontaneous and intuitive explorations is unique and makes her guidance fascinating. I repeat the course to deepen my presence and spontaneous exploration. If you want to dis-cover your body intelligence, I highly recommend Eline's Wild Soul offers.

Each exploration offered playful and intriguing connections between the body and the natural world. The course resonated with my T'ai Chi practice, and my ongoing creative exploration of somatic movement across the seasons. I felt emboldened by the challenge. Eline's guidance brought fresh perspectives to familiar landscapes, and I found new ways to integrate the somatic work into a wider range of settings, tasks and existing schedules. Overall, the experience was surprisingly intense, building powerful somatic awareness through the cumulative power of small-scale actions. Refreshing. Enlivening. Joyful. It is worth every penny.

Life Balance Music Flow

You showed me a bridge to embody my connection with nature and being responsive to the world around me. To feel this with my body was new to me. For example, to dance with an oak tree and the diversity of creatures... to feel into my senses... at sunrise, sunset or anytime of day… Trusting this bridge, knowing it will hold me, is another beautiful journey to continue. Truly Eline, you are such a gift.. I learn so much by just noticing. I feel so fortunate.
