I'm still designing the exact schedule, but it might look like something below. I'm aiming for movement, outdoor activities, self reflection and community time every day. Please note that this is meant as indication, and that times and themes may change.

Monday 22 June – Arrival Day

15:00–17:00 Arrival & settling in
17:00–18:00 Welcome circle
18:00–19:00 Dinner
19:30–21:00 Evening circle & gentle movement

Tuesday 23 June – Sacred Space Avebury

07:00–07:30 Fruit, tea, coffee
07:30–08:30 Sun Greeting Song and Morning Qi Gong
08:30–09:30 Breakfast
10:00–12:00 Wild Soul cauldron
12:30–13:30 Lunch
14:00–18:00 Nature immersion stones & avenue walk (10km/7 miles with a pause at the teashop)
18:00––18:30 Personal reflection time
18:30–19:30 Dinner
19:30–21:00 Evening circle & gentle movement

Wednesday 24 June – Descent & Deep Time (Optional Night Ceremony)

07:00–07:30 Fruit, tea, coffee
07:30–08:30 Sun Greeting Song and Morning Qi Gong
08:30–09:30 Breakfast
10:00–12:00 Workshop: thresholds, ancestors & inner listening
12:30–13:30 Lunch
14:00–17:00 Free time (bookshop, village wander, personal exploration)
17:00–18:00 Personal Preparations for night ceremony
No dinner - fasting suggested for those who do the night ceremony; local restaurant for those who don't join
19:00–Dawn Optional all-night ceremony in the long barrow

Thursday 25 June – Integration Day (Slow Morning)

07:30–09:30 Slow morning, fruit, tea, coffee
09:30–10:30 Breakfast (no morning Qi Gong)
11:00–12:00 Integration circle
12:00–13:00 Personal rest time
13:00–14:00 Lunch
14:00–17:00 Nature solo-time
17:00–18:00 Soft movement & grounding practice
18:00–19:00 Dinner
19:30–21:00 Hearth circle: weaving insights

Friday 26 June – Completions & Goodbyes

07:30–08:00 Fruit, tea, coffee
08:00–09:00 Morning Qi Gong
09:00–10:00 Breakfast
10:00–11:00 Closing circle & integration ritual
11:30 Depart with packed lunch
