In this workshop you learn how to guide and direct energy using Tao Yin practice, the most ancient form of Qi Gong that also informs martial arts techniques. With strengthening, flowing and stretching movements you build strength and suppleness in your legs, abdomen and lower back. It includes standing, seated and laying down routines which you can do in one sequence or pick and mix as you like.
