EXPAND YOUR CONSCIOUSNESS WITH
discover how to inspire your life
an ancient technique for inner strength, healing and insight for your daily life
~ Jose & Lena Stevens
The world around us is full of life, vitality and wisdom. Ancient techniques such as shamanic journeying help us reconnect with that vitality, in ourselves and in nature.
During this weekend workshop you will learn to ask for help, power and inspiration for all the things you encounter or struggle with in your life.
We do this by "travelling" to the shamanic lower and upper worlds. There you meet your power animal and personal guides, or get to know them better.
The rhythm of the drum brings you into an expanded state of consciousness, where you are receptive to the symbolic language of the soul. This method is very safe, and does not use mind-altering substances.
You learn about the background of shamanism, and immediately start to put the method into practice, for yourself and others. This is a very important aspect of working in the shamanic tradition. I also pay a lot of attention to integrating insights into your daily life.
We follow the structure of the basic workshop as taught to me by Jonathan Horwitz, from the Scandinavian Centre for Shamanic Studies. This method helps you feel more at home in yourself, root yourself more strongly and live from your power.
You don't need any previous experience or particular faith to participate.

YOUR GUIDE?
As anthropologist, Eline Kieft studied shamanic practices in relation to health and well-being. She was trained by Jonathan Horwitz of the Scandinavian Centre for Shamanic Studies and also at the School of Movement Medicine where she completed a thorough training programme including courses on working with the Heart & Ceremonial Leadership. She also met dancing shamans in the Kalahari with whom she spent several weeks.
Eline's passion for the sacred in the everyday stems from her strong connection to nature, her experience as a shamanic practitioner and dance guide.
