I’m a movement mentor and academic turned soulful entrepreneur. Like many of us, I lived in the push and pressure of performance for years — as a scholar and teacher with a deep drive to do good work. Underneath, I was also navigating high sensitivity, chronic pain and the weight of constant overwhelm. That path eventually brought me to my knees.

Through movement, breath, nature and ritual, I found my way back to ease, presence and joy.
