Four gentle seated Qi Gong Routines of 30 minutes each. Great to move your life force if you can't stand too long or have little energy. It gives an idea of different 'tastes' within a qi gong class. When you feel confident you can always join the Moving Mystic Membership, which has a similar gentleness and can easily be adapted to being seated.
