Love Your Body

This (largely seated) workshop creates an atmosphere of tender-loving self care through various Qi Gong techniques. Starting with self massage and activating the meridians or energy lines in your body, you then create space in the muscles and joints through flowing and stretching movements. The standing part focuses on nurturing your heart, and the workshop completes with "a Love Letter to your Body" Meditation.
