Oiling the Joints is a regular practice in Qi Gong, to optimise the energy flow through the joints. It prevents or alleviates problems that occur from lack of use, including arthritic conditions and stiffness that can occur with ageing. This is a strong workout of 90 rather than 75 minutes, clearly labeled into smaller sections for different body parts, so you can pick and mix to adapt to your time, body and energy.
