This 75 minute seated workshop takes you through a detailed hands and wrists Qi Gong routine specifically designed for painful joints and fingers. It includes self massage, activation, mobilising and carefully stretching the joints. You also learn about the difference between activation and relaxation. We complete with flowing movements and a meditation. Divided in 9 shorter videos so you can easily pick and mix.
